Bio
Lori Anne Sword is a New York–based actor working across film, television, commercials and the stage. Directors call her prepared, collaborative and calm under pressure: she shows up early, knows her lines cold, and brings the same care to a two-line co-star as to a leading role.
Trained in the Meisner technique at the William Esper Studio, Lori is drawn to grounded, human stories, the quiet moments where a character gives herself away. Recent work includes the indie feature “The Long Field” and Mrs. Gibbs in “Our Town” at Hudson Valley Repertory.
Off set you’ll find her teaching a Saturday kids’ drama class, baking for whoever’s nearby, and walking her rescue dog, Biscuit.
